Technical service
1.1We will send technical personnel to locale for installation and taking charge of debugging until it is checked eligible.
1.2 We will send professional technical personnel to appointed place for locale training of daily maintenance so that the technical personnel of the buyer can work it independently.
1.3 We will supply following technical data for the buyer with price contained in price, such as handbook, circuit diagram for electric maintenance.

Maintenance:
2.1 The period of quality assurance after checked eligible is one year; if there is any fault during running within this period, consultation and maintenance is supplied for free.

Standard for checking and method of checking
3.1 Standard for checking: Every product is checked according to product checking standard of manufactory and relative state standards.
3.2 Method of checking: The equipment has to be checked eligible or come into clinical running stage; then starts to period of quality assurance.

Our quality assurance
4.1 Standard for product¡¯s quality and examination of installment.Product¡¯s quality accords with the requirement of design; and each index of installment and debugging accords with technical data.
4.2 Period of quality assurance and service is one year after checking. As for any abnormal fault caused by manufacturing and design principle in this period, service is supplied for free. If damaged, we will replace damaged part for free and the cost of maintenance is paid by ourselves. We will respond you within 24h and send technical personnel to locale within 48h after receiving your requirement for maintenance.
4.3 If the period of quality assurance is over, we are responsible to supply good service for the buyer, like keeping, maintenance and repair, as well as supply parts in preferential price.
